1. Tell us about yourself
The founder CEO of Nyayasevak, Mr. Rajput is having experience of more than 12 years in the field of legal industry and is specialized in handling the legal matters related to Real Estate disputes and also dedicated himself in the field of Compliance, Conveyance, Drafting of Legal documents, Mergers, Arbitrations and other areas of legal practice. 
During his stay in United Kingdom, Mr. Rajput has represented the firm in various National and International conferences around the globe including Trade and Investment Conference organized by United Kingdom Trade and Investment Board (UKTI) at Birmingham in West Midlands-UK. This conference was specially designed for European Corporate Giants who are planning to do business with India.

 

2. How did the idea for your business come about?
Mr. Rajput has always tried his level best to provide the quality legal services at very affordable costs, further Mr. Rajput has also tried his level best to come out from the traditional practice of 10 to 5 and for the said reason the idea of forming Nyayasevak came in his mind with the tagline of the business being “Legal is now Affordable” 

 

3. Can you tell us about your venture “Nyayasevak”
NYAYASEVAK, is the one stop online portal to cater all the legal needs of individuals and legal entities. We believes in making legal services smart, simple and affordable by giving access to more people than ever before. NYAYASEVAK, is proud to say that we've been able to build a service that millions of people can easily and securely rely upon.
We at NYAYASEVAK, is dedicated and committed to cater all the legal needs and therefore spends huge time and resources in making legal services affordable for the people they need smartly and securely, so they can focus on what's really important in taking care of their families and developing strong businesses.

 

4. What are the challenges you faced till date and presently facing?
Every venture initiated has to face numerous challenges on their way ahead; we believe that any venture without facing the hindrance will never lead to a complete succeed. Every challenge faced will lead to a new concept of success. As others, we do have to face tremendous forms of challenges some of them are like awareness about the venture, lack of digital platforms, authenticity and validity about the services provided online etc. but slowly we are overcoming all such hindrances and due to involvement of government organizations, such challenges looks history this days. 

 

5. What was your key driving force to become an entrepreneur?
NYAYASEVAK, is having an eminent team of lawyers, attorneys and in-house legal consultants with an experience of almost 39 years in legal fraternity and expertise’s in major fields of law and this such a huge expertise with tremendous experience in the fields of law has driven us to became an entrepreneur and for the said reason we have introduced this one stop legal solution online portal to cater all legal needs of individuals, families and business owners.

 

6. How did you raise funding for your venture?
“Life is either a daring adventure or nothing at all” 
And with this motto of life by giving away the entire savings made during his professional life of advocacy, Mr. Rajput came up with the said unique venture of giving legal services that millions of people can easily and securely rely upon.

 

7. How do you build a successful customer base?
We believe in providing quality service at a very nominal cost without compromising our standards of practice and hence all such clients who have availed our services creates customer base for us by referring others to do so.

 

8. How do you market your business, and which tactics have been most successful?
As the tagline of our business says “Legal is now affordable” which means we always try to give quality services at a very nominal costs and to fulfill the same, sometimes we have to adopt the policy of “No Profit No Loss “and due to adoption of such tactics we have been able to succeed in getting good new clienteles. Further considering the present scenario, we focus ourselves more on to digital marketing and also try to gain more business by way of conducting awareness programs, seminars, conferences and associating ourselves with private and governmental organizations in the fields of law.

 

9. What kind of culture exists in your organization, and how did you establish it?
A strong professional team, first rate human resources and modern technical support enable NYAYASEVAK, to provide legal services in a well-researched, quick, quality conscious and cost efficient manner.

 

10. How do you generate new ideas?
For us execution of any idea is more important than thinking about it. Any idea generated newly will only depend on its execution and hence to execute such ideas, we purely focus on our commitments and this process of dedication, commitments and execution gives us power to generate such unique ideas.

 

11. What are your ideals?
For me my ideal is valuing myself as a person who has ability to accomplish all my goals in life and is not afraid of any failure.

 

12. How do you define success?
We believe that every individual should never do anything just to make others happy instead personal happiness and eventual success should come first in every life of individuals. For us Success is just to be Happy, whatever we do in our life just make sure that it is what we wanted to do for ourselves. Think positive and be optimistic.  

 

13. Do you believe there is some sort of pattern or formula to becoming a successful entrepreneur?
No, we only believe that to become a successful entrepreneur just focus on your goals, dedicate yourself fully, focus on commitments and be a good team leader with a goal of making each team member a successful entrepreneur, if your team will succeed, you will succeed and if you will succeed your venture will succeed for surely.  

 

14. What is your favorite aspect of being an entrepreneur?
A good team member, dedication with commitment and honesty is our favorite aspect of being an entrepreneur.

 

15. What has been your most satisfying moment in business?
To see that the purpose behind the formation of your new venture is started fulfilling, for me the most satisfying moment in my business was when the elderly citizen based in Roorkie Uttarakhand has availed my services and to the extent of his satisfaction two words of appreciation was awarded by him and his daughter based in United Kingdom.     

16. What entrepreneurial tricks have you discovered to keep you focused and productive in your day-to-day busy schedule?
I have understood one thing that the world needs you only till the time you are helpful to them, this stands in all manner and I took it in terms of giving legal services that millions of people can easily and securely rely upon .

 

17. Who has been your greatest inspiration?
My whole family and my mentor Ms. Usha Shrivastava and Mr. Pratish Prabhakaran are my greatest inspiration.
